LUKE McGrath was the star of the show at the recent annual Lancaster and Morecambe Junior Table Tennis Tournament.
Luke won the Under 11s' section comfortably beating five opponents along the way without even breaking sweat.
Mark Nielsen from Garstang Table Tennis Club won the under 19s' event and Garstang narrowly missed out on both the Under 17s' and Girls' events having competitors lose in all the semi-finals.
The new primary school coaching sessions are proving a great success and are going to continue right up to the summer holidays, however there are still a few places available, all abilities are welcome. Contact Graham Coupe 01524 752367 or e-mail grahamcoupe@aol.com for details.
